Macintosh Birthday Cookies from SugaPlump Pastries and Catering

Yesterday marked the 28th Birthday for Macintosh and Chef  Jocelyn Leffell of SugaPlump Pastries and Catering  made these tech-tacious cookies for the Apple offices in Austin. Twenty-eight years ago,  Steve Jobs introduced the Macintosh to 3000 attendees at the Flint Center at De Anza College in Cupertino. It was the first commercially successful personal computer to feature a mouse and a graphical user interface rather than a command line interface.

In true Mac form, the cookies are functional and fashionable:   well designed AND they taste great. A chef after Steve Jobs’ own heart.
